About Us
OUR MISSION
Building an Economically Sustainable Future

Canada’s population grew by over 20 million over the last 50 years, and the consequences of this growth are only beginning to be felt.
With projections showing a further growth of 40 million people by 2074, the housing challenges we face today will only intensify tomorrow. The time for a solution is now.
Our system is designed to relieve the economic pressures caused by rapid population growth and rising housing costs.
By reducing the capital Canadians must spend on housing, we not only create more affordable pathways to homeownership but also unlock resources that can fuel innovation, entrepreneurship, and long-term prosperity. In doing so, we aim to pave the way for future generations—building a stronger economy, a more resilient society, and a new sense of freedom from the financial burdens that have defined the housing market for too long.
A History of Design
Benjamin grew up on construction sites, surrounded by the rhythm of building and design. Like many in his generation, he was told time and again that owning a home would remain out of reach. But unlike others, Benjamin refused to accept that narrative. He was determined that one day, he would find a way not only to buy a home but to reshape the way homes were built.
After graduating secondary school, Benjamin joined his father, David Christopher, a designer renowned for his expertise in high-end residential construction. Over more than seven years of hands-on experience, Benjamin gained an insider’s perspective into the construction industry. It was during this time that he began to see the cracks in the system—the inefficiencies, the outdated practices, and the unnecessary costs baked into the process of building homes in Canada.
Later, while searching for an apartment to rent, another realization struck him: most floor plans were nearly identical, uninspired, and ill-suited to the evolving needs of modern living. That moment confirmed what years on job sites had already revealed—Canada’s housing industry was due for a fundamental rethinking.
